Mr. Lin is published as a co-author of “The Gist of Juries: Testing a Model of Damage Award Decision Making” in Psychology, Public Policy, and the Law.
Kelvin Lin is a law clerk in the firm’s Business Law Department. He joined Goodwin in 2017. Mr. Lin’s application to the New York bar is pending; he is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.
While attending law school, Mr. Lin served as the executive editor for Columbia Law’s Journal of Law and Social Problems. He was also a member of the Mediation Clinic and was a student body representative on Columbia Law’s Student Senate as well as the law school representative for the Interschool Governing Board.
