Sabrina Lonergan, Goodwin’s Director of Talent Acquisition, Lateral Partner Recruiting, is responsible for the strategic identification and development of lateral partner candidates and the overall management of lateral associate hiring and law school-based recruitment (including the summer program) for Goodwin’s three West Coast offices: Los Angeles, San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Sabrina has over 8 years of legal recruitment experience leading the search process through its full life-cycle and supporting the integration of new attorneys, as well as significant experience with diversity recruitment initiatives.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Sabrina directed recruiting efforts at Sedgwick LLP where she worked closely with the Executive Committee to develop the overall recruiting strategy for the firm’s strategic growth of all 13 offices through the addition of lateral partners and groups. She also had management oversight for lateral associate and entry-level hiring. Sabrina has a strong background in consultative selling, having worked in advertising sales at several large media companies and business sales at Tiffany & Co before entering the legal industry.
Sabrina is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the Bay Area Legal Recruitment Association (BALRA) where she served as president in 2013. She grew up in New York City.
