Sabrina Lonergan is Goodwin’s Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting. She works closely with Goodwin’s leaders to design and execute the recruitment strategy across the firm, identifying and hiring partner talent based upon specific goals and business objectives on a global scale. Ms. Lonergan oversees the entire recruiting life-cycle of a partner candidate including the final onboarding process.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2015, Ms. Lonergan directed recruiting efforts at Sedgwick LLP, where she worked closely with the Executive Committee to develop the overall recruiting strategy for the firm’s strategic growth of all 13 offices through the addition of lateral partners and teams. She also had management oversight for lateral associate and entry-level hiring. Ms. Lonergan has a deep background in consultative selling, having worked in advertising sales at several large media companies and in business sales at Tiffany & Co. before entering the legal industry.
Ms. Longergan is an active member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the Bay Area Legal Recruitment Association (BALRA), where she served as president in 2013. She grew up in New York City.
