- A global healthcare and life sciences company that sources, finances and develops both start-up and later stage companies across the healthcare and life sciences sectors on its initial public offering and admission to trading on the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange which raised total gross proceeds of £100m in its oversubscribed initial public offering.*
- A UK listed textiles company on its acquisition of a substantial European manufacturer of branded floor and wall ceramic tiles for a total consideration of €274.1m which was satisfied in part through a vendor placing and firm placing, alongside a refinancing of the company’s existing banking facilities.*
- A private equity real estate fund on its purchase of a lifestyle hostel portfolio for £450m and the subsequent refinancing of the group’s existing banking facilities.*
- A specialised European healthcare investor, as lead investor, on multiple financing rounds into a UK digital healthcare company.*

- On the establishment of a €15m Irish joint venture whiskey company involving a UK listed drinks company. *
- A UK listed research and development company on its £16 m private placing and open offer on AIM.*
- On the acquisition of a specialised logistics company based in the UK, Asia and North America by a French multinational for £30m including the reinvestment by management in the entity post-completion.*
