Sarah E. McLaughlin

Sarah McLaughlin, who joined Goodwin in 2005, is the Director of the firm’s Private Equity group. In this role, she oversees initiatives focused on marketing, business development and client service; partner recruiting and integration; associate professional development and training; business intelligence; and knowledge management. Previously, Ms. McLaughlin was also responsible for integrating and managing the firm’s Technology Companies and Life Sciences practices. Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. McLaughlin practiced as a corporate lawyer at Sullivan & Worcester.
