Jennifer Miani is a senior counsel in the firm’s ERISA + Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Miani provides counsel on a wide variety of employee benefit matters, including qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans and programs.
Ms. Miani’s experience includes the design, drafting and compliance review of qualified and nonqualified plans. She has advised on benefit plan issues involving the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, COBRA, and the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, she has prepared numerous benefit plan-related Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor filings and correction applications.
