Amy Mills is an associate in Goodwin's Business Law Department. She joined Goodwin in 2021.
Ms. Mills’ representation of companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate governance and public company representation.Ms. Mills is admitted to practice in Massachusetts only. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.
While in law school, Ms. Mills was awarded a Dean’s Award (Taxation of Corporations & Shareholders) and was a Paul J. Liacos Scholar. Ms. Mills was also an Executive Editor for Notes & Comments for the Review of Banking and Financial Law and published a Development Article, Taxing Cryptocurrencies: The Applicability of Like-Kind Exchange Tax Deferral, 37 REV. BANKING & FIN. L. 620 (2018).
