Karen Morita is the firm’s Managing Director, Human Resources - US. In this role, she is responsible for managing the firm’s human resources strategies and policies for the U.S. Her focus includes oversight of performance and talent management, as well as compensation for the firm’s professional staff and attorneys. In addition, Ms. Morita oversees recruiting for the firm’s professional staff.
Ms. Morita joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Goodwin, she was the Director of Human Resources at Foley Hoag LLP, where she worked closely with the firm’s leadership team on all aspects of the firm’s human resources function. She is a practical business minded leader with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry.
Ms. Morita is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional.
