Luke Nauth

Luke Nauth is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group based in London.

Mr. Nauth advises life sciences companies on licensing deals, manufacturing agreements, clinical trial agreements, and a broad range of medicinal product and medical device regulatory issues. Mr. Nauth also advises on the commercial, intellectual property and regulatory aspects of venture capital investments, M&A transactions and IPOs.

Mr. Nauth is a qualified pharmacist in Great Britain and prior to joining Goodwin, he worked in the Regulatory, Technical and Legal Affairs department at Chemidex Pharma Limited, and completed a legal internship at Roche Products Limited.

Mr. Nauth is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs.
