Ms. Noggle focuses her practice on employment law, with an emphasis on litigation matters. She is experienced in litigating a wide variety of disputes, including employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. Ms. Noggle has also represented employers in class and collective action cases involving various wage and hour issues, including employee misclassification and meal and rest break regulations.
In addition, Ms. Noggle advises companies on difficult employee relations and compliance issues, including establishment of employment policies and contracts, classification of employees, workplace investigations, family and medical leave, terminations, reductions in force and post-termination protection of trade secrets. She also assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of critical agreements needed during the employee hiring and termination process, including executive employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.
Ms. Noggle also provides transactional support by conducting employment-related diligence and providing advice on the employment-related aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
