Hugo specializes in private investment funds and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fundraising and operation of various types of funds (private equity funds, real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds, funds of funds) and their related operations and transactions. He also advises investors regarding their investments in private investments funds.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Hugo practiced at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg.
