Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Park practiced at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, Sabin, Bermant & Gould LLP, and Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky. Before law school, Ms. Park worked as a management consultant for Price Waterhouse.
Jeehye Park is an associate in the firm’s Employment practice. Ms. Park advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters and provides employment law expertise on corporate transactions.
She counsels clients on a wide array of employment law issues, including employee discipline and termination, performance management, discrimination and harassment, managing accommodation and leave of absence requests, and compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws. She also works closely with clients to develop employee policies and manuals, draft employment, separation, consulting and restrictive covenant agreements, and conduct workplace investigations.
Ms. Park supports the firm’s transactional practice by advising on the employment-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions and financings, conducting employment-related diligence and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements in connection with such transactions.
Her experience also includes representing clients in employment disputes before the EEOC, state administrative agencies, state and federal courts, and in arbitration and mediation. Ms. Park maintains an active pro bono practice and has advised numerous nonprofit organizations on employment-related matters.
Ms. Park joined Goodwin in 2016 as a part of the OnRamp Fellowship program.
