Khushbu Patel joined Goodwin in 2021 as an Attorney Development Manager. In this role, Khushbu is responsible for the onboarding, development, and integration of Goodwin’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution (CL&DR) associates and associates in the Financial Industry Practice (FIN). Khushbu specializes in attorney development, workload monitoring, and performance management. Khushbu also partners with Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and the Goodwin Experience teams to support cross-department initiatives.
Prior to Goodwin, Khushbu worked for a federal agency as a Supervising Attorney and practiced employment law.
