Lauren J. Paylor

Lauren J. Paylor is an Associate in the Technology group at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Lauren was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Ballard Spahr LLP. She has also worked for the General Counsel at Owl Rock Capital (n/k/a Blue Owl Capital), the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley, and the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Lauren is the Co-Chair of Fordham Law’s Business and Financial Law Alumni Affinity Group.

In law school, Lauren served as Managing Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and was a Legal Writing Teacher’s Assistant. She was also a member of the school’s Securities Litigation clinic and served as President of the Media and Entertainment Law Society and Vice President of the Art Law Society.

In college, Lauren was Editor-in-Chief of Rival Magazine and an intern at Rolling Stone.

In law school, Lauren received the Fordham Legal Writing Award, Mark W. Kenny Memorial Scholarship, and Archibald R. Murray Public Service Student Award.
