Matthew Pelnar is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology Group. Mr. Pelnar specializes in the representation of founders, emerging growth companies and venture capital firms. Mr. Pelnar’s work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle and includes pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, employment matters, equity matters, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
