David L. Perechocky
David Perechocky is an associate in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of the Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Mr. Perechocky advises REITs, real estate funds and other real estate companies on corporate finance transactions, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and restructuring, joint ventures, property acquisitions, sales and financings, and other strategic transactions.
Mr. Perechocky is the author of an article on distressed investing, "Should Ad Hoc Committees Have Fiduciary Duties?: Judicial Regulation of the Bankruptcy Market" in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal (December 2012).
During law school, Mr. Perechocky served as an intern to the Honorable Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He also served as an extern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and an intern at RD Management, a commercial real estate company.
While attending law school, Mr. Perechocky was a staff editor for the NYU Journal of International Law & Politics.
