Lauren Piccolo-Ingram is Managing Director of Client Development. Ms. Piccolo-Ingram is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic business development, marketing, and communications initiatives for the firm’s Litigation Department. She previously served as Managing Director of Marketing Operations and as Director of Business Development for the firm’s Intellectual Property and Appellate Litigation practices.
Ms. Piccolo-Ingram’s background includes more than 15 years of work in professional services marketing. Throughout her career she has focused on developing newly acquired and high-growth practice groups and on operationalizing the marketing function. She has particular expertise in developing performance metrics and data-based decision making.
Ms. Piccolo-Ingram has received the Legal Marketing Association’s “Your Honor” Award and the “Business Development STAR” Award from a prior law firm employer. She has been published in Strategies: The Journal of Legal Marketing and The New York Law Journal among other publications.
Ms. Piccolo-Ingram has served in several leadership positions for the New York Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association including serving on its board of directors.
