Chris Polisano

Chris Polisano is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Chris concentrates his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He also represents public and private companies and their sponsors on transactions and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries, including technology and software, manufacturing, healthcare information technology, energy, consumer products, food and beverage, life sciences and financial services.
