He specializes in advising corporates and financial institutions in connection with initial public offerings, equity, equity-linked and debt offerings.

Mr. Querenet de Breville also advises companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining Goodwin in September 2022, Mr Querenet de Breville was a senior associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets department of Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. 

He is fluent in French and English.

Equity

  • Financière Lov and FL Entertainment on the €4.1 billon merger by absorption (de-spacing) by FL Entertainment (Banijay Group and Betclic Everest Group) of Pegasus Entrepreneurial Acquisition Company Europe, a SPAC listed on Euronext Amsterdam, and the successive listing of FL Entertainment on Euronext Amsterdam.*
  • Natixis on the €174 million sale of its residual stake in Coface in an accelerated bookbuilt offering.*
  • Bouygues on the €2,078m sale of Alstom shares in three accelerated bookbuilt offerings, on Alstom’s rights’ issue, €49m cash neutral “tail swallow” transaction and the innovative €462m forward sale of Alstom shares through a “forward ABO”.*
  • Europcar Mobility Group on its €1.1bn notes equitization, €250m rights issue and 550 million share subscription warrants issue in the context of its financial restructuring.*

Debt

  • Valeo on the annual update and several drawdowns under its €5bn ETMN programme and the first introduction of Green Bonds and Sustainability-Linked option under its ETMN programme and the inaugural €700m sustainability-linked bond issuance.*
  • Bouygues on its €800m, €1.0bn and €2.0bn standalone bond issues.*
