Ahmer A. Qureshi is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Ahmer’s practice focuses primarily on merger and acquisitions and private equity investments across a broad range of industries. Ahmer represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and search fund clients in connection with investment transactions, leveraged buyouts, and general corporate matters. In addition, he represents domestic and non-US companies in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Ahmer was a corporate associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Boston.
