Adrian Rainey is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups specialising in financings and M&A transactions in the technology and life sciences sectors. Mr. Rainey is well-known for the commercial and pragmatic support he provides to institutional, corporate and individual investors and the companies they invest in, from start-up to exit.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Mr. Rainey was a partner and Head of Corporate Technology at Taylor Wessing LLP.
