Ali Ramadan is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups.

He has broad corporate experience that spans the entire corporate life cycle. In particular, Ali focuses his practice on angel, seed, venture and growth capital financings and cross-border M&A. His clients include start-ups, high-growth companies and investors (both institutional and corporate) operating in the technology sector including the AI, Climate, Fintech, Foodtech, Healthtech, Proptech, and digital media industries.

Ali is noted as a Leading Individual in Chambers UK 2024 and Legal 500 UK 2024 for Venture Capital & M&A.
