Mr. Raver is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Attaining the rank of captain, Mr. Raver specialized in counter-intelligence; human intelligence; military interrogations; and the regions of the Middle East & North Africa as a foreign area officer. He also served as a company executive officer overseeing more than 200 Marines. Mr. Raver was stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan in 2011.

During law school, Mr. Raver became a 2014 Justice John Paul Stevens Fellow, working as a bar certified law clerk at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office in California. Mr. Raver also was a quarterfinalist in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and served as Co-President of Stanford’s Native American Amicus Briefing Project.
Mr. Raver is a member of the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys.
