Samantha Michael is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and is a member of the Private Investment Funds practice. Samantha advises clients on the structuring, formation, operation and ongoing maintenance of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds and real estate funds.

Samantha is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.
Professional Experience
While attending law school, Samantha was the Managing Editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law. She also served as a judicial intern for Justice Philip Berger, Jr. on the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
