Stefan Riegger

Stefan Riegger is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of the firm's Private Equity group. He focuses his practice on private equity, growth equity, venture capital, M&A and on general corporate advisory work. Stefan joined Goodwin as an associate in 2022.

• Saale-Krankenhaus Calbe GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Medicover Group (LSE: 0RPS, Stockholm Stock Exchange: MCOVBS)(“Medicover”), in its acquisition of 80 percent shares in DDent MVZ GmbH (“DDent”) from the sole shareholder and CEO Dr. Nicol Dudek based on an enterprise evaluation of approximately EUR 20,000,000

Stefan has been admitted as a German lawyer since 2022. Before joining the firm as an associate, he worked in the Frankfurt office of Goodwin as part of his legal clerkship.
