Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Mr. Servan-Schreiber worked as an associate in the Paris office of King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin), and previously practiced in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins.
Simon Servan-Schreiber is a counsel in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. Mr. Servan-Schreiber specializes in M&A and private equity transactions (notably LBO transactions) and, more generally, in corporate law.
Mr. Servan-Schreiber advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on private equity transactions. He has particular experience advising private equity houses and management teams in mid market buyouts.
