Audie Soucy is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. She focuses on patent litigation across a range of industries, including consumer products, cannabis, and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Soucy has experience litigating in federal court, as well as in proceedings before the United States International Trade Commission. Recent engagements include representing a multinational lighting manufacturer in patent infringement litigation at the ITC, and representing a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer in patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.Ms. Soucy is also an active contributor to the firm’s biosimilars blog, Big Molecule Watch, which is dedicated to providing resources and observations through Goodwin’s active watch of the world of biologics, biosimilars and the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
