Callie Stanwyck

Callie Stanwyck is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. Her practice focuses on advising companies at every stage of their corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, formations, general corporate representation and counseling, and venture capital financings. Callie joined the firm in 2022.

Callie externed for the Honorable Judge Jeffrey S. White in the Northern District of California and worked as a Litigation Summer Associate at Goodwin during law school.

Prior to attending law school, Callie worked in software sales for a handful of Bay Area tech companies.
