Ms. Steenholdt is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She concentrates her practice on representing and defending financial institutions in litigation, government investigations and enforcement actions.
Prior to law school, Ms. Steenholdt worked as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs focusing on financial institutions with respect to Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act implementation and rulemaking proposals. During law school, Ms. Steenholdt was a Summer Honor’s Program Intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Trading and Markets. After law school, Ms. Steenholdt worked as an associate at another global law firm focusing on investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters, prior to joining Goodwin.
Ms. Steenholdt is a member of multiple national and local bar associations, including the American Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, and Boston Bar Association.
