Gartan Tracey is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Gartan advises on a range of domestic and international corporate matters, with a focus on private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Gartan carried out his training contract at Shearman & Sterling, and worked as the legal coordinator of an international oil company based in the United Arab Emirates.
