Blake Tyler

Blake Tyler is an associate in the firm’s Technology group. Mr. Tyler advises public and private emerging growth technology and life science companies in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and corporate governance. He joined Goodwin in 2020.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Tyler was an associate at Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP, where he was a member of the Corporate and Transactions Department representing private companies and venture capital investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, financings and capital markets transactions.
