Michael J. Vignone

Michael J. Vignone is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. Mr. Vignone focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital matters and other corporate matters in a broad range of industries.

Mr. Vignone joined Goodwin in 2019. Prior to joining Goodwin, he was a corporate associate in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP.
