Lauren Visek

Lauren Visek is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department, and a member of the Technology and Life Sciences groups as well as the Capital Markets and Public Company Advisory practices. She started at the firm in 2021. She counsels public companies and their Board of Directors on securities regulation, capital market transactions, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Visek practiced at another law firm in Washington, DC and Palo Alto, CA. Prior to law school, she worked as an economist on international trade litigation.

Ms. Visek is a supervisor at the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project which provides pro bono legal research and analysis to entrepreneurs at Harvard and MIT.
