Michelle Vivian is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department. She joined Goodwin in 2016.

While attending law school, Ms. Vivian was a line editor for the Harvard International Law Journal.

Ms. Vivian is a member of the Boston Bar Association.

Professional Experience

While attending law school, Ms. Vivian worked as a student advocate in the Community Enterprise Project of the Harvard Transactional Legal Clinics, as a legal intern at Public Advocates through the Child Advocacy Program at Harvard Law School, as a legal intern at the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, and volunteered with Cabrini Green Legal Aid in their Criminal Records Program assisting individuals in clearing their arrest and conviction records.

Prior to law school, Ms. Vivian served as an AmeriCorps VISTA and spent her year of service at LAF Chicago. She represented clients in administrative hearings regarding their public benefits from the state of Illinois and performed outreach regarding available education and training programs for benefit recipients.
