Barbara Warren

Barbara Warren is a partner in the Technology group and Private Investment Funds and Digital Currency + Blockchain Technology practices. She has a broad range of experience with fund formation and regulation in fintech and digital assets. Ms. Warren advises fund sponsors in connection with structuring, forming, managing, and operating various types of private investment funds, with an emphasis on crypto hedge, crypto VC, and hybrid fund structures. She has been active in developing innovative financial products, fund structures, and fund management arrangements.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Warren practiced at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, White & Case, and Fried Frank. She also gained entrepreneurial experience as founder and CEO of Lumete Eyewear, a luxury brand that reached peak distribution of 100 retail outlets worldwide. She began her legal career as an associate at Pryor Cashman in New York.
