Patrick Watkins, a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group, specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital firms. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling throughout the entire corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Watkins also represents venture capital funds and strategic investors in transactions from seed through growth stage.
Mr. Watkins represents clients in the internet consumer, software, healthcare technology, entertainment technology and life science industries.
