Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. White-Tsimikalis was a partner in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s M&A and Corporate Finance team in London, where she also served as the Global Co-Leader of the firm’s Banking sector group. She was previously at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Latham Watkins. Ms White-Tsimikalis began her legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where she trained and qualified.
As one of only a handful of black female partners at a top law firm in the UK, Ms. White-Tsimikalis is passionate about contributing to a stronger pipeline of diverse lawyers in the legal profession and is therefore particularly active in the Diversity & Inclusion space both within the firm and externally as well as part of her broader ESG practice.
She currently serves as a Committee Member of the Women Lawyers Division of the Law Society of England & Wales and was recently elected to the Law Society’s Council. Ms. White-Tsimikalis was formerly a member of the Global Advisory Board of the Women in Law Economic Forum (WILEF) and the Senior Advisory Board of Lex:Lead, an organization focused on the professional development of lawyers in developing nations.
Ms. White-Tsimikalis is currently a Mentor for the Creating Pathways program of the UK’s Black Solicitors Network and has previously served as a Mentor for the 30% Club’s mentoring program for women.
