Christine Whitehead joined Goodwin in 2021 as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition — Legal. In this role, she is responsible for managing the firm’s partner recruitment efforts and works closely with the Managing Director Talent Acquisition — Lateral Partner Recruiting, to execute the firm’s recruitment strategy.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Whitehead was a Partner Recruiting & Integration Manager at Hogan Lovells where she managed the full life-cycle recruitment of partner and counsel candidates for the firm’s US offices and supported strategic initiatives undertaken by the Office of the CEO. She worked closely with Practice Group Leaders to identify hiring priorities and develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Ms. Whitehead worked with the Head of Partner Integration to develop and implement a global integration program and designed and implemented a global onboarding and orientation program.
Ms. Whitehead has been a speaker at NALP and NALSC conferences on topics ranging from interviewing techniques and best practices, lateral firm questionnaire perspectives, onboarding and integration methodologies, to data collection and analysis. She has authored articles on law firm mergers best practices and partnering with business development.
