Shauna Woods, an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Securities and White Collar Litigation groups, focuses her practice on complex commercial and real estate disputes. She has represented a variety of clients in contract disputes including those arising under hotel management, merger, mortgage and a variety of other forms of agreement. She also has significant experience representing clients in complex litigation matters, including antitrust cases, unfair competition actions, false advertising claims and securities litigation. Ms. Woods joined the firm in 2014 before leaving to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Courts, Central District of California. She returned to the firm in 2016.
