Christina works with private fund investors throughout the life cycle of a fund. She has experience updating marketing materials, assisting with developing fund structures, and drafting various operating agreements necessary to the formation of a fund.
Christina also has experience in commercial real estate transactions, mainly representing lenders in secured financing transactions. She has drafted ancillary loan documents and conducted due diligence on real estate properties, including reviewing title, survey, and zoning matters, tenant estoppels, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Christina was an associate at another large law firm, where she focused her practice on representing lenders in commercial real estate transactions. Before law school, Christina was a first grade teacher.
While attending law school, Christina was a staff editor for the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
