Jenny Zhi

Jenny Zhi is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice. Ms. Zhi focuses on investment fund formation transactions, particularly the structuring and establishment of international private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Zhi was in the private funds practice at a Chinese law firm in Beijing. 

In addition to English, Ms. Zhi is a native Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese speaker.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Zhi assisted various managers including Eight Roads, Boyu Capital, Hony Capital, CDB Capital, Carlyle, PAG, Matrix Partners and Sino-Ocean Capital on China-related funds matters. Ms. Zhi also advised various investors with their investments in private funds.
