Mr. Zhu has served clients in matters involving a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, semiconductor fabrication, and light-emitting diode (LED) manufacturing. His experience includes working on a range of patent litigation matters, such as Hatch-Waxman or ANDA litigation, biosimilar litigation under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA), other district court patent litigation, and appeals before the Federal Circuit. Mr. Zhu has been involved in all phases of patent litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeal.
While in law school, Mr. Zhu was an articles editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.
