The ERISA and Executive Compensation Group is seeking an experienced employee benefits attorney to advise clients with respect to employee benefit plans. Responsibilities will include advising clients both with respect to ongoing benefits work and also in connection with benefits issues that arise in the context of M&A and other business transactions, financings, etc. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, ideally encompassing both retirement and welfare benefit plans. Law firm experience is preferred, though we will consider candidates with accounting firm or consulting firm experience.
