Employment – Junior/Mid-Level Associate

Job Details

Goodwin seeks a junior/mid-level associate with a minimum of one year of experience to join our Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have experience providing employment-related support for corporate transactions, drafting employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenant agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues including disputes and negotiations. Experience with mediations, restrictive covenant litigation and other employment litigation is a plus but not essential.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
