Healthcare Litigation – Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate with 2–4 years of experience to join our litigation practice in our Washington, D.C. office. This position will focus on government enforcement and white collar civil and criminal defense in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Candidates should have strong complex civil and/or criminal litigation experience, including experience with healthcare fraud and abuse matters involving the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute, as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The ideal candidate will have District Court clerkship experience. Additionally, candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
