Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Real Estate joint venture and finance practice. Candidate must have substantial experience with some combination of complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., office, multi-family, industrial, retail, hospitality).
Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the resident office’s location is required.
