Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate (2019 - 2017) to join our Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience providing employment-related support for corporate transactions, drafting employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenant agreements and counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues. Experience with restrictive covenant litigation and other employment litigation is a plus but not essential.
Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
