Science Advisor (IP Litigation) –Technical Degrees; Electrical Engineering, Computer Science

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified science advisor to join our Intellectual Property group. Candidate will contribute to the firm’s work in patent litigation, trade secrets and employee mobility disputes, due diligence, and proceedings in federal and state court and/or in front of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board by analyzing technological and scientific material including prior art literature and technical data.

Candidates applying for this position should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials and have a background in at least one or more of the following areas: computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred, but not required.

Target Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000
