Complex Litigation - Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Litigation Department in any of our California offices: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Monica, or Silicon Valley. The candidate must have experience in commercial litigation, as well as experience handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and managing document review.  In court experience is preferred but not required.  

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
