Life Sciences Corporate – Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin is looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join our award-winning Life Sciences team! You will join a dynamic practice that concentrates on corporate transactions for cutting-edge, high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and throughout the world. This includes working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters, including experience in public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions. Experience working with life sciences companies preferred, but the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).
