Goodwin’s Employment Practice seeks a highly qualified attorney with 2-3 years of experience practicing management-side employment law. Associates in the Employment Practice work directly and collaboratively with Goodwin’s cutting-edge clients in technology, life science, and private equity sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience providing employment-related support for corporate transactions, drafting employment agreements, separation agreements and employment policies, conducting workplace investigations, and counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues including disputes and negotiations. Experience with agency proceedings, employee mobility disputes, and other employment litigation is a plus but not essential.
Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
